Goodweigh medication is always delivered refrigerated to your home via our courier, DHL Express. Due to the need for refrigerated storage, home delivery is the only option — delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker is unfortunately not possible.
Exception: Rybelsus
Rybelsus is a tablet and doesn't need to be stored refrigerated. Standard delivery therefore applies to Rybelsus, for which delivery to a pickup point may be possible.
Why only home delivery for injections?
Your injectable medication must be stored and transported at the correct temperature (2–8°C). A pickup point cannot guarantee this refrigerated storage, which could compromise quality.
How does delivery work?
As soon as your request has been approved, you will receive an email and/or SMS to arrange a delivery date. In most cases, you can arrange a delivery date within 1–3 working days.
Make sure you're home
Make sure you or someone else is home on the delivery day to receive the order and sign for it. This is required for the cold chain.
