Want to switch to a different dosage or a different medication? Here's how to go about it.
Adjusting dosage via your portal
You can make a dosage change yourself in your personal account via Modify treatment. Please note: a doctor always reviews the change before the new prescription is issued. So you can submit the change in advance, but it only takes effect after approval.
Adjustment via the evaluation form
With every follow-up order, you fill in an evaluation form. Here you can indicate that you want a different dosage. The doctor reviews this and adjusts your prescription if medically responsible. Any price differences are settled automatically.
Adjustment outside the evaluation form
Want to discuss a dosage change between two orders? Then send a message via the medical chat in your portal. The doctor will then assess whether and when an adjustment is possible.
Want to switch to a different medication?
A medication switch — for example from Ozempic to Mounjaro or vice versa — is always done in consultation with the doctor. You cannot do this yourself via your portal. Get in touch via the medical chat and the doctor will assess whether a switch is possible and responsible in your situation.
