Yes, this can be done yourself via your personal portal, without needing to get in touch for it.
How does this work?
Log in to your personal account (app.goodweigh.se).
Go to "View treatment" and scroll down to "Your subscription".
Click "Adjust quantities".
Use + or − to choose the desired number of pens for your next order and click "Continue".
Briefly indicate why you need more pens (for example due to a holiday) and click "Confirm".
Is this automatically approved?
The payment and the new quantity are updated immediately in the dashboard, but the order is only sent to the pharmacy after the doctor has reviewed the change. The doctor also sees the reason provided. This is a standard medical review step.
Important limitation
This option is only intended for multiple pens of the same quantity/dosage (for example 3x Ozempic 0.5mg instead of 1x). Want to switch to a different dosage or different medication (for example from Ozempic to Mounjaro)? Then this can't be done via "Adjust quantities", but via "Modify treatment" or in consultation with the doctor via the medical chat.
Please note: the doctor may still adjust the requested quantity during review if it isn't medically appropriate.
