Speed up your order or order an extra pen
You can move your next order forward to today yourself, so you receive your pen sooner (or an extra one):
Log in to your personal portal.
Go to "View treatment" and scroll down to "Your subscription".
Click "Move next order forward".
Choose the option "Order today".
Briefly explain why you need the medication sooner — the doctor needs this to approve the order.
Click "Continue to payment" and complete the payment.
Please note: this means ordering earlier than planned. The doctor must first approve a valid medical reason before the order is processed.
Tip: if you're going on holiday, you can also request a medical passport so you can travel with your medication worry-free.
