A dosage adjustment is always a medical decision. You can share your preference for an adjustment in three ways:
Via 'Modify treatment' in your personal portal
Via the medical chat
Via the evaluation form

How does the doctor assess your request?
The doctor then assesses:
How long you have been using the current dosage
How your body responds to the treatment
Whether an adjustment is medically responsible
Please note: once the doctor has prescribed your prescription, the dosage for that delivery can no longer be changed. So share your preference in good time.
When is an adjustment possible?
This differs per treatment and per person. The doctor decides, based on your situation, whether and when an adjustment makes sense.
Included in your next delivery
If the doctor approves before the next processing date, the adjusted dosage can be included in your next delivery. Get in touch in good time, preferably at least 5 working days before your expected delivery date.
