After filling in your intake or evaluation form, a doctor reviews your request. This normally takes 48–72 hours on working days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
What if I still haven't heard anything after 72 hours?
First check the medical chat in your personal account. The doctor may have asked an additional question that still needs to be answered. As long as that question remains open, the prescription can't be issued.
Don't see any messages from the doctor and has the 72-hour period passed? Then get in touch via chat with customer service. We can ask the doctor to review your request with priority.
Can my request be reviewed faster?
If there's urgency involved, customer service can mark the request as high priority. This ensures your request goes to the top of the doctor's list. Get in touch via chat and explain the reason for the urgency.
What if my request isn't approved?
In some cases a doctor rejects a request, for example because the medication isn't medically responsible in your situation. In that case you'll be informed via the medical chat. Your payment will then be refunded.
