How do refunds work?

When you're entitled to a refund and how to request one

Below you can read when you can get your money back and how that works.

1. Cancellation before payment

Until the moment payment has started, you can cancel your order without giving a reason. You'll receive a full refund if payment has already been made.

2. After payment, before shipment

Have you already paid but the prescription hasn't been sent to the pharmacy yet? Then cancellation is still possible. Get in touch via chat, we'll check the status and cancel the order if possible. The amount paid will be refunded automatically.

3. After shipment to the pharmacy

Has the prescription already been sent to the pharmacy? Then cancellation is only possible in consultation with the pharmacy. We'll check this for you, but can't guarantee anything. If the pharmacy agrees, there are no costs. If the pharmacy doesn't agree, the order proceeds — even if you refuse delivery at the door. In that case, no refund will be given.

Other situations

In other cases, refunds are generally not given. Do you have an exceptional situation? Get in touch, we'll assess each case individually.

Please note: bank refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
